Shipping 📦
- $9.95 flat Australia-wide. FREE over $80.
- Packed and dispatched within 1 business day (order by 2pm Melbourne time).
- Sent with AusPost; your tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Metro usually 2 to 4 business days, regional a little longer.
- Sock-only orders travel as large letters: cheaper, but untracked. The cart says so before you pay.
- Australia only for now.
Returns: the No-Cap Guarantee 🔁
30 days, no drama. If it does not fit, or you just do not love it, we will swap it or refund it in full. Worn-once is fine. Here is exactly how it works:
- Email thatscapau@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong.
- We reply within 1 business day with the return steps. Swaps get priority if you would rather trade the design.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method as soon as the return scans in.
Who pays return postage: change of mind, you do. Faulty item or our mistake, we do, and we fix it first in the queue.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply on top of all of this, always. If something is genuinely wrong, the jokes stop and a real human fixes it properly. Then the jokes resume. 🍌
