Will the cap actually fit my head?

One size, actually. Dad caps adjust from 54 to 62 cm with an antique-brass buckle; truckers snap from 55 to 62 cm. If your head somehow defeats it, the No-Cap Guarantee has you covered.

What size are the socks?

One size fits most, unisex: roughly AU men 6 to 12 and AU women 8 to 14. Combed cotton with stretch, so they behave.

Is the quality actually good, or is this a $15 cap in disguise?

Embroidered, never printed. Garment-washed cotton twill dads, structured foam-and-mesh truckers, 200-needle woven socks with reinforced heels and toes. The joke is the only unserious part.

How fast is shipping?

Packed by hand in Melbourne and dispatched within 1 business day (order by 2pm Melbourne time). $9.95 flat Australia-wide, FREE over $80. Metro usually lands in 2 to 4 business days.

Do I get tracking?

Every parcel, yes: the tracking number lands in your inbox at dispatch. Sock-only orders ship as large letters, which are cheaper but untracked; the cart tells you before you pay.

What is the No-Cap Guarantee?

30 days, no drama. If it does not fit or the joke does not land, swap it or get a full refund. The monkey takes it personally, but he copes.

How do returns actually work?

Email thatscapau@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with simple steps: swap first if you want a different design, or a refund to your original payment method. Change of mind: return postage is yours. Our mistake or a faulty item: postage is ours and you jump the queue.

Will you restock the drops?

Numbered drops never restock: gone means gone, that is the point. Core dad caps restock fast. Occasionally a drop winner returns to the core line months later in a different colourway, so the original run stays unique.

Can I add a gift note?

Yes, right in the cart. Write something deadpan; the recipient deserves it.

Is this business actually run by a monkey?

Legally, no. Spiritually, entirely. A human in Melbourne handles the parts that require thumbs.

How do I care for it?

Caps: spot clean with a damp cloth, air dry, never the washing machine. Socks: cold wash inside out, skip the dryer. Both: wear with confidence.

Do you ship outside Australia?
